Data deletion instructions

Krew lets customers connect Facebook and Instagram through Meta for marketing workflows. If you want Krew to remove data associated with your Meta connection, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@joinkrew.co with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" and include the email address used for your Krew account.

What we delete

We remove stored Meta access tokens and connected Facebook or Instagram account data used by Krew. You can also disconnect Facebook and Instagram from Marketing Settings inside the app.

Timing

We process deletion requests within 30 days and will reply with confirmation when the request is complete.
